Throughout his career in real estate, Dean Dunbar has combined an in-depth knowledge of the New York City market with a keen financial acumen. He currently serves as a licensed real estate salesperson with Town Residential, where he focuses on corporate relocation and luxury residence leasing as well as the sale of cooperative and condominium properties. In this role since 2012, Dean Dunbar also draws on extensive experience as an executive with Goldman Sachs’ private wealth management division and as director of new business development for a hedge fund in its start-up phase.
Dedicated to giving back to his community, Dean Dunbar volunteers as a member of the Harvard Club’s Crimson Impact initiative. Through Crimson Impact, Mr. Dunbar helped to connect senior citizens with needed services during Hurricane Sandy. He has also volunteered at the Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition (BARC), a local non-kill shelter, and has served as a consultant to help the National Jazz Museum in Harlem with fund-raising and branding efforts.
